Job Title: Operations Manager​

Job Duties: Plan, direct, and coordinate office’s daily operations.
Monitor and reconcile customer orders, supply purchases, equipment upgrades and other operating and administration expenses against budget, conduct profitability and business metric analysis, prepare management reports to share with business decision maker. Recruit and hire office staff to meet operational requirements, train, develop and manage staff to meet performance standard, and determine staff schedules and ensure operation standard are met. Manage employee relations, enhance professional development, develop office human resource and administration manual including compensation and benefits, performance evaluation and training for a high-performing workforce. Research and review market analyses to determine customer needs and demand for services offered by company and competitors, and identify potential markets and clients and support marketing and promotion initiatives. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationship with suppliers and customers, and oversee the processing of claims, resolve issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
